A student in a Kannada-medium school in Belagavi and a student in a Telugu-medium college in Guntur are sitting the same paper as a student in an English-medium school in Bengaluru. They should get the same quality of explanation.

Every language is verified separately. A Telugu explanation is signed off by an expert who teaches in Telugu — an English approval does not carry over.
